Job Title: Youth Progression Team Leader

Contract: Fixed Term (12 months)

Local London is launching a new supported progression programme as part of the national Youth Trailblazer programme, led by the Department for Work and Pensions and the Greater London Authority.

Youth Progression Team Leader – What You’ll Do

As Youth Progression Team Leader, you will lead the Secure Next Steps programme and manage the Youth Progression Adviser team. You will:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and quality assurance
  • Manage relationships with schools, PRUs, providers and borough 14–19 leads
  • Ensure safeguarding, data quality and performance standards are met
  • Oversee delivery against Trailblazer milestones and outcomes
  • Support reporting, learning and continuous improvement
