Local London is launching a new supported progression programme as part of the national Youth Trailblazer programme, led by the Department for Work and Pensions and the Greater London Authority.
Youth Progression Team Leader – What You’ll Do
As Youth Progression Team Leader, you will lead the Secure Next Steps programme and manage the Youth Progression Adviser team. You will:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and quality assurance
- Manage relationships with schools, PRUs, providers and borough 14–19 leads
- Ensure safeguarding, data quality and performance standards are met
- Oversee delivery against Trailblazer milestones and outcomes
- Support reporting, learning and continuous improvement
