You'll be supported by Beauty experts, helping you gain practical skills, tailored support to find jobs and the chance to connect with potential employers. No experience is needed, just a passion for beauty, retail and helping people to discover their beauty needs.

Broaden your understanding and networking as you learn about a career in News and Sport, look into the different components of a 'story' and get the opportunity for Sky work experience/mentoring.
Build confidence and employability and leave with a tailored support to create a personalised action plan for launching an impactful, future-focused career.

Get Hired with Hyatt is an exciting opportunity for young people who are ready to step into the world of hospitality and kickstart their careers. Starting with a selection day on 23rd June 2026, successful candidates will progress onto an engaging two day programme designed to build confidence, sharpen interview skills and give real insight into what it is like to work in a fast paced hospitality environment.
Participants will have the chance to interview for up to 8 roles across Food and Beverage and Events, with the opportunity to secure a role and begin their journey with Hyatt.

Our Development Awards can cover the cost of course fees, tools or equipment to help young people achieve their goals. We offer grants of up to £500 to support young people into a positive outcome.
To be eligible for an Award, you must be:
- Aged 16-30 and living in the UK
- Studying less than 14 hours a week or not in compulsory education
- Unemployed or working less than 16 hours a week
