We’re currently recruiting for a Recovery Coordinator to join Waythrough, working within their Adult Substance Misuse Service based in Enfield (EN2 6SA).
This is a full-time agency role (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00), supporting adults affected by drug and alcohol misuse. The role involves managing a caseload, delivering structured keywork sessions, and working collaboratively to help service users achieve recovery and stability.
Role Overview

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00
Service: Adult Drug & Alcohol Support
Rate: £20 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and group-based interventions for adults experiencing substance misuse
Complete assessments, develop and review recovery plans
Deliver harm reduction advice and psychosocial interventions
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
Maintain accurate case records in line with service standards
Key Requirements
Experience in adult substance misuse, criminal justice, or similar support roles
Confident caseload management and keyworking skills
Knowledge of harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and care planning
Commitment to trauma-informed and person-centred practice
