AIM (Aspire, Inspire, Motivate) Event, a Bromley Council initiative supporting care-experienced young people and care leavers to access employment, training, and education opportunities.
This will be the third year of the AIM event, which has successfully brought together local employers, training providers, and support services to engage directly with young people aged 16–25 who are preparing for their next steps into work or learning.

Purpose of the event
The AIM event is designed to:
· Give young people direct access to employers
· Provide realistic and achievable pathways into work
· Move beyond information-only careers events by focusing on tangible next steps
We are particularly keen to involve employers who can offer:
· Work experience or taster opportunities
· Volunteering or sector insight days
· Entry-level roles, apprenticeships, or training routes
· Clear follow-up actions after the event (for example, site visits, short placements, or informal interview
