Who are we?
Tailored Futures CIC has been supporting people with criminal convictions since 2014, helping them overcome barriers to education, training, and employment. From this experience we developed ReintegrateME a digital platform now in beta after our success in the Mayor of London’s No Wrong Door Challenge. ReintegrateME uses swipe-to-match technology to connect jobseekers directly with employers and training providers who are ready to offer second chances.
What do we do/what is our impact/who do we support?
Despite there being over 816,000 job vacancies across the UK, only 17% of the 80,000 prison leavers each year secure employment within 12 months of release. The barrier is not a shortage of skills but a shortage of access, driven by stigma and systemic limitations. ReintegrateME unlocks a motivated, ready-to-work talent pool.
Who do we want to connect with?
- Inclusive employers – open to offering second chances and diversifying their workforce
- Training providers – delivering accredited courses and vocational skills
- Probation services & prisons – to create clear pathways into employment on release
- Community organisations – providing wraparound support such as housing and mental health
- Funders & policymakers – to help us scale and sustain our impact nationally
Why/what is our ask?
We are seeking connections with employers and training providers committed to inclusive hiring practices. By offering sustainable employment and development opportunities, partners can play a vital role in rebuilding lives and strengthening the workforce.
How to get involved and who to contact:
We invite employers, training providers, and strategic partners to collaborate with ReintegrateME. Partners will help open recruitment pipelines, co-create sector-specific employment pathways, and help shape a future that works for everyone.
