ReintegrateME is a pioneering digital platform designed to bridge the gap between people on probation and meaningful employment and training opportunities. Developed after nine years of frontline work at Tailored Futures CIC and now in beta following our success in the Mayor of London’s No Wrong Door Challenge, ReintegrateME brings intuitive swipe-to-match technology to inclusive hiring. The app connects jobseekers directly to employers and training providers who are ready to offer second chances.

Despite there being over 816,000 job vacancies across the UK, only 17% of the 80,000 prison leavers each year secure employment within 12 months of release. The barrier is not a shortage of skills but a shortage of access, driven by stigma and systemic limitations. ReintegrateME unlocks a motivated, ready-to-work talent pool.
