Who are we?
We support individuals across all 32 London boroughs and nationwide in returning to permanent employment within the education sector. We also assist young people in securing paid apprenticeships. At Placing People Direct (PPD), we are passionate about helping people, providing guidance, and supporting them to gain meaningful employment where they truly belong.

This includes local authorities, private sector organisations, third-sector organisations, training providers, and other businesses that offer funding, training, or employment opportunities. By working together, we can maximise impact, ensure meaningful outcomes, and demonstrate that supporting others is what true teamwork is all about.
Why / What is our ask?
At PPD, we offer employment opportunities; however, we are always asked if we provide e-learning training courses. Unfortunately, as a small independent business, we do not currently have the funding to offer these resources. We are aware, however, of the significant skills gap within society. With additional funding, we would be able to provide more comprehensive support to the public, helping individuals access relevant training and obtain valid certificates, ultimately enabling them to secure permanent employment.
