Who are we?

The Future Formed programme offers young Waltham Forest residents insight and exposure to the creative industries, as well as mentoring and professional advice. We ultimately aim to support participants into paid work placements and freelance work. We take a tailored approach, so the path you take will reflect your individual needs, availability, and ambitions.

What do we do / What is our impact / Who do we support?

We work with SME's, freelancers and individuals. We are keen to develop partnerships to develop and fund employment and training opportunities. These opportunities need to be designed to address inequalities and provide better equity for underserved groups in the creative sectors.

Who do we want to connect with?

Employers, training providers, freelance creatives

Why / What is our ask?

We design programmes to address skills gaps. We also connect young adults with industry mentors. We run a cultural engagement programme which allows us to take residents on free visits to exhibitions, shows, and readings.
