We design and deliver pre-employment pathways, employability workshops, and wraparound wellbeing-informed support that help people who face structural barriers move closer to work, training or further progression. Our work centres on building people, not just filling vacancies. We support individuals to understand the labour market, build confidence, develop employability skills, and prepare for workplace expectations, while staying alongside them during early progression to improve retention and wellbeing We primarily work with people aged 16+ who are motivated to progress but are often underserved by mainstream provision, including: Young people not in education, employment or training (NEET), Women underrepresented in the built environment, People with lived experience of the justice system , Neurodivergent individuals , All Force leavers,and Local residents facing multiple barriers to work.
Who do we want to connect with?
We are keen to connect with: Employers across the built environment, construction, infrastructure and related sectors who are open to supporting entry-level talent, placements, mentoring and inclusive recruitment practices; Further education colleges, training providers and apprenticeship providers delivering vocational, green skills and employability programmes aligned to labour market demand; Local authorities, developers, housing associations and social value leads seeking delivery partners for Section 106, Skills & Employment Plans and TOMs-aligned initiatives.; Community organisations, charities and specialist support services (e.g. justice, wellbeing, housing, neurodiversity) who can provide or receive referrals and wraparound support.; Funders, trusts and commissioning bodies.
Why / What is our ask?
Employer partnerships willing to offer placements, site exposure, mentoring, interviews and entry-level opportunities, and to co-design pathways aligned to real workforce needs. Delivery and referral partners who can work alongside us to provide wraparound support (wellbeing, confidence, housing, justice, neurodiversity, financial inclusion) before, during and after employment. Funding and commissioning support to cover programme delivery, participant qualifications, mentoring, safeguarding, evaluation and long-term retention support, ensuring services remain free at the point of access. Connections to local authorities, developers, FE institutions and sector bodies where our model can contribute to Skills & Employment Plans, Section 106 commitments and measurable social value outcomes
